MES is performing project support work, which to date has included cost estimating for mine portal replacement and rehabilitation, review of contractor bid proposals, preparation of a health and safety plan, and assistance to the client and legal counsel in regulatory negotiations with the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety.
