In 2003 and 2004, MES was contracted to perform a technical peer review of numerous draft Engineering Evaluation / Cost Analysis (EE/CA) documents prepared for the US Bureau of Land Management in relation to evaluating the alternatives for cleanup of various individual inactive mine and mill sites on federal land.
