In support of mineral contest litigation, in 2002, MES performed an extensive review of the Government’s and Claimant’s geologic and economic data, conducted a site examination, and provided expert testimony related to the non-feasibility of mining an unpatented narrow-vein gold prospect with measured resource grades averaging less than 0.3 OPT and located in a remote wilderness area.
