Uranium Mill Tailings Reclamation Project – Independent Safety Review

In 2007, MES was retained to provide a peer review of the environmental and safety aspects of a large (est. $800 Million) scope mine reclamation project, located near Moab, Utah. This included construction safety, geotechnical issues related to slope stability, and stormwater drainage and sediment control issues.

MES retained Yeh and Associates as a geotechnical subconsultant, and EME Solutions, Inc. as subconsultant to perform review of civil engineering and drainage issues.
